Work and Clients

Alex works with owner-managed businesses and is a trustee of local charities. He helps people with tax savings, retirement, successions and facilitates tax efficient exits from businesses. He takes a pride in continuing to act for successive generations within firms and families. He is also director of the 1066 Enterprise.

The Route to Manningtons

Alex started accountancy with Ernst Young - one of the top four firms in England. He became a partner at Manningtons within 2 years.

Qualifications and Memberships

Alex is an FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants).

Interests outside work

Music, campanology, cooking, skiing and motor-cycling.
